These Terms govern your use of Switch to Solar, operated by Sunanda Labs Private Limited, registered in India.

1. Platform Role
Switch to Solar operates as a digital platform connecting homeowners seeking rooftop solar installations with independent solar installers. We do not directly provide installation services.
2. Homeowner Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in quote requests.
- Confirm ownership or permission to use the rooftop.
- Enter into agreements directly with chosen installers.
3. Installer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and certification details.
- Respond to leads professionally and in good faith.
- Comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
- Use homeowner data only for responding to solar inquiries.
4. Lead Unlock Payments
Installer partners may be required to pay a fee to access certain homeowner contact details submitted through the platform. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Upon successful payment confirmation, the installer gains access to the relevant lead information. Fees relate solely to access to submitted contact details and do not guarantee project conversion.
5. Refund & Duplicate Lead Policy
Refunds are not issued for:
- Non-conversion of a lead
- Customer choosing another installer
- Price disagreements
- Lack of response after valid submission
- Competitive loss
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Verified duplicate lead submission within 15 days
- Technical errors affecting lead access
- Clearly fraudulent or invalid submissions verified by internal review
Duplicate protection applies only when the same homeowner (same phone number and location) submits a lead again within 15 days of the original submission and the installer had previously unlocked that lead.
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead unlock and must include supporting evidence.
Switch to Solar reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility. All decisions are final.
Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate installer or user accounts for policy violations, misuse of data, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms platform trust.
7. Limitation of Liability
Switch to Solar facilitates introductions between homeowners and installers. Final installation contracts, pricing, warranties, and execution are solely between the homeowner and the installer.
We are not responsible for workmanship, installation outcomes, financial agreements, or post-installation disputes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and platform materials are owned by Switch to Solar and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
