1. Platform Role

Switch to Solar operates as a digital platform connecting homeowners seeking rooftop solar installations with independent solar installers. We do not directly provide installation services.

2. Homeowner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in quote requests.
• Confirm ownership or permission to use the rooftop.
• Enter into agreements directly with chosen installers.

3. Installer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and certification details.
• Respond to leads professionally and in good faith.
• Comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Use homeowner data only for responding to solar inquiries.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate installer or user accounts for policy violations, misuse of data, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms platform trust.

5. Limitation of Liability

Switch to Solar facilitates introductions between homeowners and installers. Final installation contracts, pricing, warranties, and execution are solely between the homeowner and the installer.

We are not responsible for workmanship, installation outcomes, financial agreements, or post-installation disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and platform materials are owned by Switch to Solar and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
